The Reskilling & Career Fair Initiative under the Returning Mothers Conference 2026
is being organized in collaboration with TANSAM (Tamil Nadu Smart and Advanced Manufacturing),
powered by Siemens, IEEE Foundation, and IEEE India Philanthropy,
designed to support women and men returning to the workforce after a career break,
along with UG and PG students seeking employment and career readiness.
By combining industry-aligned training, hands-on learning, mentorship, and career opportunities,
this initiative enables participants to rebuild confidence, upgrade skills,
and successfully re-enter the professional world.

Rapid technological advancements and increasing demand for skilled talent—especially in
Embedded Systems, PCB Design, and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies—have created a gap
between industry needs and available talent.
