Career Fair 2026 is a virtual talent engagement and employment initiative designed to connect professionals, career returners, graduates, and job seekers with employers, recruiters, and industry leaders from around the world.

Organized as part of the Returning Mothers Conference Initiative, the Career Fair is conducted in collaboration with the IEEE Industrial Engagement Committee, creating meaningful opportunities for workforce development, professional networking, career readiness, and employment. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with employers, explore career pathways, enhance their professional skills, and access employment opportunities through two virtual Career Fair events during 2026.
