Every step forward begins with an opportunity to learn, practice, and grow.

As part of the IEEE Returning Mothers Conference (RMC) – Career Fair 2026, in collaboration with the IEEE Industry Engagement Committee, we successfully conducted Mock Interview Sessions on 22 & 23 September 2026 for participants registered for the IEEE Global Career Fair, held on 24 September.

The sessions provided participants with an opportunity to practice real interview scenarios, receive constructive feedback, and strengthen their confidence and interview readiness.
