Body, Mind and Spirit Track

Transforming Lives to Leadership

Call for Speakers!!

Great news! The IEEE Returning Mothers Conference (RMC) is back for its 2023 edition, and we are excited to announce the ‘Call for Speakers’! We are looking for dynamic and engaging speakers to share their experiences and insights on a range of topics related to women in engineering.
As a speaker you will have  five topics to choose, each with a specific focus:

Ascension towards leadership positions in STEM fields, especially for the women is difficult at times, downright impossible in others. Speakers who have achieved the positions in top levels will reveal the secrets of the path towards the top.

It is ultimately the mental peace that helps us to have a good mind and a healthy body. There are numerous technologies that help us take care of our health and these are available as phone apps and wearable technologies. Speakers are invited to showcase these technologies and the development of the technologies.

In the name of modernization, cultural heritage is vanishing. Having this topic in our track is basically to prove that our culture is nothing but spiritual science. Definitely it is the yoga that integrates tradition and science. Speakers who can talk about useful and simple yoga-asanas, AI and VR technology in yoga and healthcare, traditional ayurvedic therapies along with scientific reasons for them are welcome.

Ultimate peace comes from a place where we can do anything that makes us internally happy without any second thoughts. There are hundreds of technologies that have sprung up to ensure women and children safety. Speakers are invited to present new technologies that create safe circle for all of us, an adaptive technology to deal with any immediate unplanned situation.

This topic intends to develop a strategic mindset to deal with adversities. A healthy mindset that focuses on the process rather than on the results is what we are trying to convey. We explore Social media as a tool not as a proof of our personality but a means to promote what all good things we do and love doing.

We invite speakers from all backgrounds and industries to register now for talks, workshops, and panel discussions. Grab this opportunity to inspire others with your knowledge and establish connections with a wide range of business professionals and amateurs!

To register, please visit our website and fill out the online form – The deadline for submissions is June 10, 2023. We look forward to hearing from you and creating an engaging and informative conference for all attendees.

A mother is an embodiment of care, love and sustainability. But mothers also need motivation, recognition and inspiration from time to time. When they have children or elderly to take care of, they find it hard to balance family and career. So with the goal to make women, who have taken a career break, return to work by helping them technically, physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger and sharper than before, the Returning Mothers conference has several tracks and sessions uniquely designed for the diverse audience. Over the years, it has proved to be a place not only for women but for any individual wanting to learn about career sustainability, career return and career switching. This year, as a step to enhance cognitive skills through mindfulness and confidence building we present Body, Mind, and Spirit Track.

About Body, Mind and Spirit Track:

The track focuses on three major aspects of life – body, mind and spirit.

Physical health and mental health are closely related. We all know about gender related postnatal depression and postmenopausal depression, age related Alzhemier’s and so on. But they are dependent on our physical health. For every individual, stress and negative emotions can weaken the immune system, while positive emotions can enhance it. Similarly, physical exercise and a healthy diet can not only improve physical health but also enhance cognitive function and mental well-being.

For maintaining the health of our body and mind, our spirit should be positive and stress free. Many traditions posit that the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable and interdependent aspects of the human experience. Happiness is nothing but the natural result when the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony. Practices such as meditation, prayer, and mindfulness are said to foster a connection with the spiritual dimension of life and promote holistic healing and well-being.

The body, mind, and spirit track aims to enhance the participant’s comprehension about how to integrate all three in our day to day life. With engaging events, the track envisages to connect with the participants individually to provide values in terms of training, motivating and empowering.

✨Happy Mother’s Day!!✨

“Motherhood is one of the most rewarding experiences in life, but it can also be one of the most challenging. Many mothers put their careers on hold to focus on raising their children, but that doesn’t mean their professional dreams have to be put on hold forever.”

The 2023 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is going to be an opportunity for returning mothers to explore their creative side and find opportunities to start their own ventures. It’s going to be a highly interactive platform for fostering innovation, collaboration, and empowerment🤩

This Mother’s Day, we want to celebrate all of the amazing mothers out there who are striving to balance motherhood and their professional dreams. And we want to invite all of the incredible mothers who attended our previous conferences to join us once again in 2023 for an even bigger and better event.💫
