IEEE Women in Engineering is a special committee for women with worldwide members. Speakers can talk about the awards available to motivate the participants.
Working in everchanging and evergrowing technology scenario requires persistence and perseverance. Many individuals who have created milestones in technology through their hard work are not recognised or recognised very late. Speakers can talk about how to get recognised for their achievements and milestones.
To achieve the targets of increasing productivity, engagement, and job satisfaction, motivation is important. This track will host speakers on personal and self motivation methodologies, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, self-determination theory, and goal-setting theory with examples of international collaborations.

Speakers who can talk about the Fintech for investment and growth such as Market analysis tools, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Cybersecurity and Fraud Prevention to help the beginners are invited.
Success in business depends on factors such as market demand, business planning, access to resources, marketing strategies, and financial management. A beginner in this field needs guidance from a mentor. Introducing various factors affecting the success of a business and various government schemes, entrepreneurship development programs, and networking opportunities specifically designed to support women in business are the key topics.
Creating an empowering environment for an individual is a daunting task and requires collective action from individuals, communities, governments and organisations. Motivation through Recognition Track strives to create a roadmap for retaining careers for individuals and for retaining employees for organisations.
The conference has a strong motive to encourage individuals to return to the workforce. Career satisfaction is a powerful tool to ensure career sustainability. But individuals on break lose sight of the love they had for their career, when faced with every day challenges. Creating confidence, providing support and training them to love themselves is the first step to make them recognise their own potential and encourage their return.
The essence of our track would be to provide training on how to celebrate our own accomplishments, how to self-motivate ourselves and create strong community around us who will celebrate each other. Identifying our own values and interests, seeking feedbacks and finding supportive work environment will help us achieve our goals.
Communication, time management and people management are some of the important skills an individual needs to get their career and family paths balanced and smooth. The track focuses on encouraging creativity and innovation and recognising the unique abilities to overcome adversities.
