Sustainability and Ethics Track

The Sustainability & Ethics Track empowers women to re-enter the workforce with a strong sense of responsibility toward society, the environment, and ethical decision-making. This track blends modern technology with sustainable practices, showing how AI, IoT, and green innovations can be applied to create a positive impact. Alongside technology, it highlights the importance of workplace ethics, inclusivity, and responsible choices in daily life.



Why This Track Was Introduced at RMC 2025?

The Sustainability & Ethics track at RMC 2025 was designed to help women returning to professional life align their careers with purpose, responsibility, and impact. It emphasizes sustainable practices, ethical decision-making, and the application of emerging technologies for positive change. Through interactive workshops, expert guidance, and real-world case studies, participants gain the skills to integrate values into their work, drive responsible innovation, and contribute meaningfully to society and the environment while building future-ready careers.

Pre-Event:
Visit to BYD/local Electric Vehicles (EV) Manufacturing Unit

  • Type: Field Exposure Visit | Duration: 4 hrs

  • Objective: To understand EV manufacturing and To explore startup opportunities in Electric vehicles domain.

  • Technical Angle: To check opportunities in EV charges, EV motors, EV communication system and EV battery management systems and allied domains.

  • Target Outcome: Awareness and detailed knowledge of EV sector opportunities for returning mothers

  • Promotion Potential: Practical, results-driven pre-event to attract a wide audience.
