The Sustainability & Ethics Track empowers women to re-enter the workforce with a strong sense of responsibility toward society, the environment, and ethical decision-making. This track blends modern technology with sustainable practices, showing how AI, IoT, and green innovations can be applied to create a positive impact. Alongside technology, it highlights the importance of workplace ethics, inclusivity, and responsible choices in daily life.
The Sustainability & Ethics track at RMC 2025 was designed to help women returning to professional life align their careers with purpose, responsibility, and impact. It emphasizes sustainable practices, ethical decision-making, and the application of emerging technologies for positive change. Through interactive workshops, expert guidance, and real-world case studies, participants gain the skills to integrate values into their work, drive responsible innovation, and contribute meaningfully to society and the environment while building future-ready careers.
